Welcome to this community, where we talk about an array of topics such as mental health, house plants, vegetable gardens, and our furry friends. We understand that keeping our sanity intact is a full-time job, and we often jump from one project to another to achieve that.

In June 2022, I was diagnosed with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). While I'm still trying to come to terms with what this means, I've learned to embrace the constant buzzing in my brain. It affects my storytelling, idea generation, and my ability to juggle multiple projects. Though sometimes it can be frustrating, I wouldn't want it any other way.

Join me as I share personal experiences, insights, and practical tips for navigating life with a neurodiverse brain. Whether you're newly diagnosed or a long-time veteran or know someone who is neurospicy, this community is for anyone looking to better understand and manage their mental health. Let's embrace our unique minds and turn our struggles into strengths. Subscribe now to join the conversation!

Resident Writing Expert & Editor - Jana Yearwood

I first met Jana in 2014 through Craigslist. She was looking for a roommate, and I needed a place to live, so it was a perfect match. Despite being long-distance for more than half of our friendship, she has remained a significant part of my life. When I started this newsletter, I reached out to her for help because of her exceptional writing and editorial abilities. She has been with me since the beginning, providing support, encouragement, and valuable feedback on my writing. If you're interested in connecting with her, you can find her on LinkedInInstagram, and Twitter.
